Then the priests and Levites went out and blessed the people, and their voices were heard. And their prayers came up to His holy habitation in the heavens.


The Lord is in His holy temple, His throne is in heaven; His eyes behold, His eyes examine mankind.


When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then You knew my path. In the way wherein I walk, they have secretly set a snare for me.


I remember the days of old; I meditate on all Your works; I muse on the work of Your hands.


In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried for help to my God; He heard my voice from His temple, and my cry to Him reached His ears.


Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.


I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint; my heart is like wax; it is melted within me.


I believe that I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and your hearts give up.
