He who was dead came out, his hands and feet wrapped with grave clothes, and his face wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, “Unbind him, and let him go.”


Then they took the body of Jesus and wrapped it in linen cloths with the spices, as is the burial custom of the Jews.


But Mary stood outside at the tomb weeping. As she wept, she stooped down and looked into the tomb,


They both ran together, and the other disciple outran Peter and came to the tomb first.


Then Simon Peter came, following him, and went inside the tomb. He saw the linen cloths lying there,
