Peter said to Him, “Though I should die with You, yet I will not deny You.” And all the disciples spoke in this manner.


Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas; and James the son of Alphaeus; and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Zealot;


He said to Him, “Lord, I am ready to go with You to prison and to death.”

And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, so that you may believe. Nevertheless let us go to him.”


His disciples said to Him, “Rabbi, the Jews were just trying to stone You. Are You going there again?”


Peter said to Him, “Lord, why can I not follow You now? I will lay down my life for Your sake.”


Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going. How can we know the way?”


Simon Peter; Thomas, called Didymus; Nathanael of Cana in Galilee; the sons of Zebedee; and two more of His disciples were together.


When they had entered, they went up into the upper room, where they were staying: Peter, James, John, and Andrew; Philip and Thomas; Bartholomew and Matthew; James the son of Alphaeus and Simon the Zealot; and Judas the son of James.
