And the Lord restored the fortunes of Job when he prayed for his friends, and also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.


When the Lord brought back the captives of Zion, we were like those who dream.


Lord, You have been favorable to Your land; You have brought back the captivity of Jacob.


Therefore do not fear, O My servant Jacob, says the Lord, nor be dismayed, O Israel; for behold, I will save you from afar, and your seed from the land of their captivity. And Jacob shall return and shall be in rest and be quiet, and no one shall make him afraid.


For thus says the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel: The daughter of Babylon is like a threshing floor, it is time to thresh her; yet a little while and the time of her harvest will come.


Swing the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come and tread, for the winepress is full. The wine vats overflow, because their evil is great.


But they do not know the thoughts of the Lord, and they do not understand His plan, that He has gathered them like sheaves to the threshing floor.


The coast will be for the remnant of the house of Judah, on which they will feed. In the houses of Ashkelon they will lie down at evening. For the Lord their God will visit them and restore their fortunes.


Then another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to Him who sat on the cloud, “Thrust in Your sickle and reap. The time has come for You to reap, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.”
