Then seven other cows came up after them, poor and very ugly and gaunt. I have never seen such ugliness in all the land of Egypt.


And behold, there came up out of the Nile seven cows, fine looking and fat, and they grazed in the meadow.


The ugly and gaunt cows ate up the seven fine-looking and fattened cows. Then Pharaoh awoke.


My knees are weak through fasting, and my flesh has grown gaunt with no fatness.
