let me be weighed in an even balance that God may know my integrity.


Surely men of low degree are but a vapor; men of high degree are a lie; in the balances they go up; they are together lighter than vapor.


All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the spirit.


Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the hearts.


Men will call them rejected silver, because the Lord has rejected them.


“As for you, son of man, take a sharp sword. Take and cause it to pass upon your head and upon your beard as a barber’s razor. Then take balances to weigh and divide the hair.

each one’s work will be revealed. For the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each has done.
