Then Hazael king of Aram went up, fought against Gath, and seized it. Then Hazael set his face to go up to Jerusalem.


Then Jehoshaphat was fearful and set himself to seek the Lord, and he called for a fast throughout all Judah.


Then my enemies will turn back in the day when I call; this I know, that God is for me.


Many are the plans in the heart of a man, but it is the counsel of the Lord that will stand.


Nor shall Pharaoh with his mighty army and great company help him in the war by casting up mounts and building forts to cut off many persons.


Son of man, set your face against the Ammonites and prophesy against them,


Moreover take for yourself an iron plate and set it up for a wall of iron between you and the city. And set your face against it so that it is besieged, and lay siege against it. This shall be a sign to the house of Israel.


Therefore you shall set your face toward the siege of Jerusalem, and your arm shall be uncovered, and you shall prophesy against it.


Then he shall turn his face toward the fortresses of his own land, but shall stumble and fall and not be found any more.


After the sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off and shall have nothing. And the troops of the prince who shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end of it shall come with a flood. And until the end of the war desolations are determined.


They all come for violence; their forces advance like the east wind. They gather captives like sand.


“He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad.


“He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters.


When the time came for Him to be received up, He was steadfastly set to go to Jerusalem,


What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
