He gives them security, and they rely on it; yet His eyes are on their ways.


He says in his heart, “God has forgotten; He hides His face; He will never see it.”


He chose our heritage for us, the excellency of Jacob whom He loves.    Selah


God has gone up with a shout, the Lord with the sound of a trumpet.


Ascribe strength to God; His excellency is over Israel, and His strength is in the clouds.


for he said, “For the Lord has sworn that the Lord will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.”


It was revealed in my hearing by the Lord of Hosts: Surely this iniquity shall not be forgiven you until you die, says the Lord God of Hosts.


I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake, and will not remember your sins.


The sin of Judah is written with an iron pen and with a diamond point; it is engraved on the tablet of their heart and on the horns of their altars;


They shall teach no more every man his neighbor and every man his brother, saying, “Know the Lord,” for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord, for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.


“The incense offerings that you burned in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem, you, and your fathers, your kings, and your officials, and the people of the land, did not the Lord remember them and did they not come into His mind?


but they did not consider in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness. Now their own deeds surround them; they are before My face.


For the sacrifices of My offerings, they sacrifice flesh and eat it; but the Lord does not accept them. Now He will remember their iniquity and punish their sins. They will return to Egypt.


They have deeply corrupted themselves as in the days of Gibeah. He will remember their iniquity, He will punish their sins.


The Lord God has sworn by His holiness: Behold, the days are coming upon you when they will take you away with hooks, the last one of you with fishhooks.


The Lord God hath sworn by Himself, an oracle of the Lord the God of Hosts: I abhor the pride of Jacob and hate his palaces, so I will deliver up the city with all that is in it.
