The secret counsel of the Lord is with those who fear Him, and He will make His covenant known to them.


But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me for any wisdom that I have more than any living man, but for the purpose of making known the interpretation to the king, and that you might understand the thoughts of your heart.


Surely the Lord God does nothing without revealing His purpose to His servants the prophets.


Having come in sight of Cyprus, we passed to the south of it and sailed to Syria, and landed at Tyre, for there the ship’s cargo was to be unloaded.


Paul said to the centurion and to the soldiers, “Unless these sailors remain in the ship, you cannot be saved.”


So I urge you to eat. This is for your preservation, for not a hair shall fall from your head.”


And “If the righteous one is scarcely saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?”
