I acknowledged my sin to You, and my iniquity I did not conceal. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” and You forgave the iniquity of my sin.   Selah


He who conceals his sins will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will find mercy.


Only acknowledge your iniquity, that you have transgressed against the Lord your God and have scattered your ways to the strangers under every green tree, and you have not obeyed My voice, says the Lord.


in order that you may remember, and be humiliated, and never open your mouth anymore because of your shame, when I am pacified toward you for all that you have done, says the Lord God.


Then you shall remember your evil ways and your deeds that were not good, and shall loathe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and your abominations.


And Aaron shall lay both his hands on the head of the live goat, and confess over it all the iniquities of the Israelites, and all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them on the head of the goat, and shall send it away by the hand of a designated man into the wilderness.

for with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.


Confess your faults to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much.


If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
