While Peter thought about the vision, the Spirit said to him, “Behold, three men are looking for you.


So rise and go down, and go with them, doubting nothing. For I have sent them.”


As they worshipped the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.”


Simon has declared how God first visited the Gentiles to take from among them a people for His name.


Therefore when Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and dispute with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain others among them, should go up to Jerusalem to the apostles and elders about this question.


Then there arose a sharp contention, so that they separated from each other. Barnabas took Mark and sailed to Cyprus,


But none of these things deter me. Nor do I count my life of value to myself, so that I may joyfully finish my course and the ministry which I have received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

But the Lord said to him, “Go your way. For this man is a chosen vessel of Mine, to bear My name before the Gentiles and their kings, and before the Israelites.
