So when He had washed their feet, and put on His garments, and sat down again, He said to them, “Do you know what I have done to you?


About the ninth hour of the day he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God coming in and saying to him, “Cornelius.”


They were all amazed and perplexed, saying to each other, “What does this mean?”


Being perplexed about such questions, I asked if he would be willing to go to Jerusalem and be tried there concerning these charges.


Now when the high priest, the captain of the temple, and the chief priests heard these things, they were in doubt of what might become of this.


A disciple named Ananias was in Damascus. The Lord said to him in a vision, “Ananias.” He said, “Here I am, Lord.”


He remained in Joppa for many days with Simon, a tanner.
