So Abner, along with twenty men, went to David at Hebron, and David held a festival for Abner and the men who were with him.


From the sons of Benjamin, the brothers of Saul: three thousand (up to that time the greater number of them were keeping their loyalty with the house of Saul).


From the sons of Ephraim: twenty thousand eight hundred mighty men of valor, men of reputation in the house of their fathers.


There is little Benjamin leading them, the princes of Judah in their throng, the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali.
