Whoever secretly slanders his neighbor, him will I destroy; whoever has a haughty look and an arrogant heart, him will I not endure.


he who does not slander with the tongue and does no evil to his neighbor, nor takes up a reproach against his friend;


Lover and friend have You removed far from me; My acquaintances have become darkness.


You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.


So are the ways of everyone who is greedy for gain; it takes away the life of its owners.


A lying witness will perish, but a man who listens will speak forever.


Do not trust in a companion, do not rely on a friend; from her who lies in your embrace, guard the doors of your mouth.


Woe to them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, have run greedily after the error of Balaam for a reward, and perished in the rebellion of Korah.
