Then he said, “Go, ask for vessels from all your neighbors, empty vessels and not just a few.


So she left him and shut the door behind her and her sons, and they kept bringing vessels to her, and she kept pouring.


Come, my people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you; hide for a little while until the indignation is over.


But you, when you pray, enter your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.


They laughed at Him in ridicule. But when He had put them all out, He took the father and the mother of the girl and those who were with Him and entered where the girl was lying.


Jesus then took the loaves, and when He had given thanks, He distributed them to the disciples, and the disciples to those who were sitting down; and likewise, they distributed the fish, as much as they wanted.


Peter put them all outside and knelt down and prayed. And turning to the body he said, “Tabitha, arise.” She opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter she sat up.


Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly beyond all that we ask or imagine, according to the power that works in us,
