Declare to me, you whom my soul loves, where do you pasture? Where do you lie down at noon with your flock? And why should I be like one covered up beside the flocks of your companions?


His mouth is most sweet, and he is altogether lovely. He is my lover and he is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem.


How is your beloved more desirable than others, O most beautiful among women? How is your beloved more desirable than others, that you thus adjure us?


“He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me.


“If you love Me, keep My commandments.


He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father. And I will love him and will reveal Myself to him.”


He who does not love Me does not keep My words. The word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me.


Therefore you now have sorrow. But I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you.


Jesus said to him, “Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen, and have yet believed.”


Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I came from God and proceeded into the world. I did not come of My own authority, but He sent Me.


Then he brought them up to his house and set food before them. And he rejoiced with his entire household, having believed in God.


For the kingdom of God does not mean eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.


Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit.


If anyone does not love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed. Come, O Lord!

Having this confidence, I know that I shall remain and continue with you all for your joyful advancement of the faith,


For we are the circumcision who worship God in the Spirit, and boast in Christ Jesus, and place no trust in the flesh,


Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!


Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.


By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king. He endured by looking to Him who is invisible.


In this you greatly rejoice, even though now, if for a little while, you have had to suffer various trials,


Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious. But to those who are disobedient, “The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone,”


And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive a crown of glory that will not fade away.
