Lo, this is the man that made not God his strength; but trusted in the abundance of his riches, and strengthened himself in his wickedness.


For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.


For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath showed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.


She put her hand to the nail, and her right hand to the workmen's hammer; and with the hammer she smote Sis´era, she smote off his head, when she had pierced and stricken through his temples.


The mother of Sis´era looked out at a window, and cried through the lattice, Why is his chariot so long in coming? Why tarry the wheels of his chariots?
