If a man die, shall he live again? All the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.


And when they lifted up their eyes afar off, and knew him not, they lifted up their voice, and wept; and they rent every one his mantle, and sprinkled dust upon their heads toward heaven.


yet he shall perish for ever like his own dung: they which have seen him shall say, Where is he?


For now should I have lain still and been quiet, I should have slept: then had I been at rest,


They are destroyed from morning to evening: they perish for ever without any regarding it.


There is no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath he power in the day of death: and there is no discharge in that war; neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it.


their visage is blacker than a coal; they are not known in the streets: their skin cleaveth to their bones; it is withered, it is become like a stick.
