until I come and take you away to a land like your own land, a land of corn and wine, a land of bread and vineyards, a land of oil olive and of honey, that ye may live, and not die: and hearken not unto Hezeki´ah, when he persuadeth you, saying, The Lord will deliver us.


And Nebuchadnez´zar king of Babylon came against the city, and his servants did besiege it.


He shall not see the rivers, the floods, the brooks of honey and butter.


and I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Per´izzites, and the Hivites, and the Jeb´usites.


A righteous man regardeth the life of his beast: but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel.


Hearken not to Hezeki´ah: for thus saith the king of Assyria, Make an agreement with me by a present, and come out to me: and eat ye every one of his vine, and every one of his fig tree, and drink ye every one the waters of his own cistern;


Beware lest Hezeki´ah persuade you, saying, The Lord will deliver us. Hath any of the gods of the nations delivered his land out of the hand of the king of Assyria?


a land which the Lord thy God careth for: the eyes of the Lord thy God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.
