And Jehi´el, and Azazi´ah, and Nahath, and As´ahel, and Jer´imoth, and Joz´abad, and El´i-el, and Ismachi´ah, and Mahath, and Benai´ah, were overseers under the hand of Conani´ah and Shim´e-i his brother, at the commandment of Hezeki´ah the king, and Azari´ah the ruler of the house of God.


also of the sons of Aaron the priests, which were in the fields of the suburbs of their cities, in every several city, the men that were expressed by name, to give portions to all the males among the priests, and to all that were reckoned by genealogies among the Levites.


Conani´ah also, and Shemai´ah and Nethan´e-el, his brethren, and Hashabi´ah and Je-i´el and Joz´abad, chief of the Levites, gave unto the Levites for passover offerings five thousand small cattle, and five hundred oxen.


For the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the offering of the corn, of the new wine, and the oil, unto the chambers, where are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests that minister, and the porters, and the singers: and we will not forsake the house of our God.
