And the sons of Jacob came out of the field when they heard it: and the men were grieved, and they were very angry, because he had wrought folly in Israel in lying with Jacob's daughter; which thing ought not to be done.


But there is forgiveness with you, that you may be feared.


The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.


Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.


A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver.


Though you should crush a fool in a mortar among grain with a pestle, yet will not his foolishness depart from him.


I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, says the LORD; and I will heal him.


I will stand upon my watch, and set myself upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.


The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, says the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, says the LORD of hosts.


And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim, and the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off: and he shall speak peace unto the nations: and his dominion shall be from sea even to sea, and from the river even to the ends of the earth.

Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.


But now, after you have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn you again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage?


And came and preached peace to you who were afar off, and to them that were near.


Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.


Nevertheless the foundation of God stands sure, having this seal, The Lord knows them that are his. And, Let every one that names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.


See that you refuse not him that speaks. For if they escaped not who refused him that spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape, if we turn away from him that speaks from heaven:


As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.


Let not my lord, I pray you, regard this man of Belial, even Nabal: for as his name is, so is he; Nabal is his name, and folly is with him: but I your handmaid saw not the young men of my lord, whom you did send.
