I will incline my ear to a proverb: I will disclose my riddles upon the harp.


Why should I fear in the days of evil, when the iniquity at my heels shall surround me?


To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their riddles.


Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,


But without a parable he spoke not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.


And the LORD rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as it is this day.
