And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph's hand, and arrayed him in clothing of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck;


After these things did king Ahasuerus promote Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, and advanced him, and set his seat above all the princes that were with him.


As he clothed himself with cursing as with his garment, so let it come into his body like water, and like oil into his bones.


Let my adversaries be clothed with shame, and let them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle.


For they shall be an ornament of grace unto your head, and chains about your neck.


Envy you not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways.


For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence.


Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.


You have ravished my heart, my sister, my spouse; you have ravished my heart with one look of your eyes, with one jewel of your necklace.
