Hear me speedily, O LORD: my spirit fails: hide not your face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.


[A prayer of David.] Hear the right, O LORD, attend unto my cry, give ear unto my prayer, that goes not out of feigned lips.


Hide not your face far from me; put not your servant away in anger: you have been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.


[A Psalm of David.] Unto you will I cry, O LORD my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if you be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.


[To the Chief Musician. With flutes. A Psalm of David.] Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation.

O LORD God of hosts, how long will you be angry against the prayer of your people?


O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.


Give ear, O LORD, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications.


You have heard my voice: hide not your ear at my breathing, at my cry.
