The LORD is the portion of my inheritance and of my cup: you maintain my lot.


I would have fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.


They rewarded me evil for good to the sorrow of my soul.


[To the Chief Musician for the sons of Korah. A song upon alamoth.] God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.


The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
