Of Zebulun, such as went forth to battle, expert in war, with all instruments of war, fifty thousand, who could keep ranks: they had singleness of heart.


His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and fraud: under his tongue is mischief and vanity.


I said in my haste, All men are liars.


Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of foreigners, whose mouth speaks vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood:


Whose mouth speaks vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood.


Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, who speak peace to their neighbors, but mischief is in their hearts.


They also that seek after my life lay snares for me: and they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and plan deceit all the day long.


And if he comes to see me, he speaks vanity: his heart gathers iniquity to itself; when he goes abroad, he tells it.


For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is pure wickedness; their throat is an open sepulcher; they flatter with their tongue.


The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart: his words were softer than oil, yet were they drawn swords.


For the sin of their mouth and the words of their lips let them even be taken in their pride: and for the cursing and lying which they speak.


They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.


He that goes about as a talebearer reveals secrets: therefore associate not with him who flatters with his lips.


Most men will proclaim everyone his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?


A man that flatters his neighbor spreads a net for his feet.


But you shall say unto them, This is a nation that obeys not the voice of the LORD their God, nor receives correction: truth has perished, and is cut off from their mouth.


Their tongue is as an arrow shot out; it speaks deceit: one speaks peaceably to his neighbor with his mouth, but in his heart he lies in wait.


For there shall be no more any false vision nor flattering divination within the house of Israel.


The godly man has perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.


For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the innocent.


For neither at any time used we flattering words, as you know, nor a cloak of covetousness; God is witness:


A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways.
