A scoffer seeks wisdom, and finds it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understands.


The heart of him that has understanding seeks knowledge: but the mouth of fools feeds on foolishness.


The way of life leads above to the wise, that he may depart from sheol beneath.


Wisdom is before him that has understanding; but the eyes of a fool are on the ends of the earth.


The heart of the prudent gets knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.


Happy is the man that finds wisdom, and the man that gets understanding.


And a highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for others: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.


O you that are named the house of Jacob: Is the spirit of the LORD restricted? are these his doings? do not my words do good to him that walks uprightly?


It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that has heard, and has learned of the Father, comes unto me.


If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.


If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all men liberally, and reproaches not; and it shall be given him.
