The LORD lifts up the meek: he casts the wicked down to the ground.


For the LORD takes pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.


And the LORD spoke suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out you three unto the tabernacle of meeting. And the three came out.


Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls.


Tell the daughter of Zion, Behold, your King comes unto you, meek, and sitting upon a donkey, and a colt the foal of a donkey.


Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.


Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who in presence am humble among you, but being absent am bold toward you:


For I suppose I was not the least behind the very chief apostles.

But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.
