That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment?


If the ox shall gore a manservant or a maidservant; he shall give unto their master thirty shekels of silver, and the ox shall be stoned.


And the LORD said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a princely price that I was valued at by them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the LORD.


And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray him;


And after the morsel Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, What you do, do quickly.


Judas then, having received a band of men and officers from the chief priests and Pharisees, came there with lanterns and torches and weapons.


Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his insides gushed out.


For godly sorrow works repentance to salvation not to be regretted: but the sorrow of the world works death.
