Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,


You called in trouble, and I delivered you; I answered you in the secret place of thunder: I tested you at the waters of Meribah. Selah.


And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and grew louder and louder, Moses spoke, and God answered him by a voice.


Behold my servant, whom I uphold; my elect, in whom my soul delights; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth justice to the Gentiles.


The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness' sake; he will magnify the law, and make it honorable.


Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall show justice to the Gentiles.


And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were much afraid.


And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.


And there came a voice from heaven, saying, You are my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.


And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.


And the Holy Spirit descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, You are my beloved Son; in you I am well pleased.


For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.


The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into his hand.


And the Father himself, who has sent me, has borne witness of me. You have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his form.


And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.


This is that Moses, who said unto the children of Israel, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall you hear.


To the praise of the glory of his grace, in which he has made us accepted in the beloved.


The LORD your God will raise up unto you a Prophet from the midst of you, of your brethren, like unto me; unto him you shall hearken;


And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.


These words the LORD spoke unto all your assembly in the mount out of the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great voice: and he added no more. And he wrote them in two tables of stone, and delivered them unto me.


Who has delivered us from the power of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:


And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;


Behold, he comes with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also who pierced him: and all tribes of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.


And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
