His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and fraud: under his tongue is mischief and vanity.


They speak vanity every one with his neighbor: with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak.


Whom have you reproached and blasphemed? and against whom have you exalted your voice, and lifted up your eyes on high? even against the Holy One of Israel.


And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:


Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Know you that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?


There is nothing from outside a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.


I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteems anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean.


For the kingdom of God is not food and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.


For food destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eats with offense.


Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods, which God has created to be received with thanksgiving of them who believe and know the truth.


Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled.


Be not carried about with various and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with foods, which have not profited them that have been observing them.


For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that have just escaped from them who live in error.
