O fear the LORD, you his saints: for there is no lack to them that fear him.


They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.


I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his offspring begging bread.


Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shall you dwell in the land, and verily you shall be fed.


For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.


He shall dwell on high: his place of defense shall be the fortresses of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.


But seek you first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.


But one thing is needful: and Mary has chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.


For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knows that you have need of these things.


Labor not for the food which perishes, but for that food which endures unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for on him has God the Father set his seal.


What shall we then say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?


For bodily exercise profits for a little while: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.


Let your conduct be without covetousness; and be content with such things as you have: for he has said, I will never leave you, nor forsake you.
