For they sleep not, unless they have done mischief; and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause someone to fall.


And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of jackals, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.


For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon your descendants, and my blessing upon your offspring:


There is no peace, says the LORD, unto the wicked.


And he begged him much that he would not send them away out of the country.


When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, You dumb and deaf spirit, I charge you, come out of him, and enter no more into him.


And when he comes, he finds it swept and in order.


In which in time past you walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience:


Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour:
