And the LORD said unto Noah, Come you and all your house into the ark; for you have I seen righteous before me in this generation.


For how can I endure to see the evil that shall come unto my people? or how can I endure to see the destruction of my kindred?


And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where you are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.


Your lips are like a thread of scarlet, and your mouth is lovely: your temples are like a piece of pomegranate behind your veil.


Then shall the priest command to take for him that is to be cleansed two birds alive and clean, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop:


And the priest shall take cedar wood, and hyssop, and scarlet, and cast it into the midst of the burning of the heifer.


And they shall spread upon them a cloth of scarlet, and cover the same with a covering of badger skins, and shall put in its poles.


And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, since he also is a son of Abraham.


And as he talked with him, he went in, and found many that were come together.


Immediately therefore I sent to you; and you have done well that you are come. Now therefore are we all here present before God, to hear all things that are commanded you of God.

The Lord give mercy unto the house of Onesiphorus; for he often refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chains:


For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people,


And she said, According unto your words, so be it. And she sent them away, and they departed: and she bound the scarlet line in the window.


And the young men that were spies went in, and brought out Rahab, and her father, and her mother, and her brethren, and all that she had; and they brought out all her kindred, and left them outside the camp of Israel.


And Joshua saved Rahab the harlot alive, and her father's household, and all that she had; and she dwells in Israel even unto this day; because she hid the messengers, which Joshua sent to spy out Jericho.
