And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me.


When he slew them, then they sought him: and they returned and inquired early after God.


I will go and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face: in their affliction they will seek me early.


And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same regions, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, you son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a demon.


And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the seacoast, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali:


While he spoke these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshiped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay your hand upon her, and she shall live.


And he said unto them, You will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal yourself: whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in your country.


And a certain centurion's servant, who was dear to him, was sick, and ready to die.


For he had one only daughter, about twelve years of age, and she lay dying. But as he went the people thronged him.


After this he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples: and they continued there not many days.


There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples.


And Ebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, even unto greater Sidon;
