For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until its righteousness goes forth as brightness, and its salvation as a lamp that burns.


Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; and before you came forth out of the womb I sanctified you, and I ordained you a prophet unto the nations.


One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt offering:


Say you of him, whom the Father has sanctified, and sent into the world, You blaspheme; because I said, I am the Son of God?


Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.


Now you are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.


Sanctify them through your truth: your word is truth.


Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also who shall believe on me through their word;


Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:


For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many increase to the glory of God.


For if I have boasted anything to him of you, I am not ashamed; but as we spoke all things to you in truth, even so our boasting, which I made before Titus, is found to be truth.


For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that you through his poverty might be rich.


Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and brings forth fruit, as it does also in you, since the day you heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:


For God has not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.


Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.


Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a people for his own, zealous of good works.


Of how much worse punishment, suppose you, shall he be thought worthy, who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the covenant, with which he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and has done insult unto the Spirit of grace?


For both he that sanctifies and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,


For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies to the purifying of the flesh:


Hence neither the first covenant was dedicated without blood.


For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the age has he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.


My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.


And every man that has this hope in him purifies himself, even as he is pure.
