Yea, my own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, who did eat of my bread, has lifted up his heel against me.


I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eats bread with me has lifted up his heel against me.


I have manifested your name unto the men that you gave me out of the world: yours they were, and you gave them to me; and they have kept your word.


That the saying might be fulfilled, which he spoke, Of them which you gave me have I lost none.


All that the Father gives me shall come to me; and he that comes to me I will in no wise cast out.


That he may take part in this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.


Therefore God also has highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:


Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come the falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;


And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children whom God has given me.


They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
