Thus says the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and besides me there is no God.


Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall fear the LORD and his goodness in the latter days.


And you shall take on the first day the fruit of choice trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before the LORD your God seven days.


The LORD has taken away your judgments, he has cast out your enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in your midst: you shall not see harm any more.


For I say unto you, you shall not see me again, till you shall say, Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.


He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.


Nathanael answered and said unto him, Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the King of Israel.


And Jesus, when he had found a young donkey, sat thereon; as it is written,


Fear not, daughter of Zion: behold, your King comes, sitting on a donkey's colt.


But they cried out, Away with him, away with him, crucify him. Pilate said unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, We have no king but Caesar.


And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are your ways, you King of saints.


And he has on his robe and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.


After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and tribes, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
