Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.


But he is of one mind, and who can turn him? and what his soul desires, even that he does.


Dominion and fear are with him, he makes peace in his high places.


Then Job answered the LORD, and said,


Whatsoever the LORD pleased, that did he in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, and all deep places.


You know my downsitting and my uprising, you understand my thought afar off.


Shall not God search this out? for he knows the secrets of the heart.


There are many plans in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.


I know that, whatsoever God does, it shall be forever: nothing can be added to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God does it, that men should fear before him.


For the LORD of hosts has purposed, and who shall annul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?


Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall hinder it?


Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:


I the LORD search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.


Ah Lord GOD! behold, you have made the heaven and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm, and there is nothing too hard for you:


Thus says the Lord GOD; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into your mind, and you shall think an evil thought:


And they shall drive you from men, and your dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they shall make you to eat grass like oxen, and seven times shall pass over you, until you know that the most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever he will.


And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he does according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can restrain his hand, or say unto him, What do you?


But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.


And Jesus looking upon them said, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.


And he said, Abba, Father, all things are possible unto you; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what you will.


And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.


He said unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, do you love me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Do you love me? And he said unto him, Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you. Jesus said unto him, Feed my sheep.


In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his own will:
