And the Sabeans fell upon them, and took them away; yea, they have slain the servants with the edge of the sword; and I alone am escaped to tell you.


While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The Chaldeans made out three bands, and fell upon the camels, and have carried them away, yea, and slain the servants with the edge of the sword; and I alone am escaped to tell you.


Because he has oppressed and has forsaken the poor; because he has violently taken away a house which he built not;


If my land cries against me, and its furrows likewise complain;


Whose harvest the hungry eats up, and takes it even out of the thorns, and the robber swallows up their wealth.


Remove not the ancient landmark, which your fathers have set.


Remove not the old landmark; and enter not into the fields of the fatherless:


The princes of Judah were like them that remove the landmark: therefore I will pour out my wrath upon them like water.


You shall not remove your neighbor's landmark, which the men of old time have set, in your inheritance which you shall inherit in the land that the LORD your God gives you to possess it.


Cursed be he that removes his neighbor’s landmark. And all the people shall say, Amen.
