And the LORD said unto David my father, Since it was in your heart to build a house unto my name, you did well that it was in your heart.


Then they said one to another, We do not well: this day is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace: if we tarry till the morning light, some mischief will come upon us: now therefore come, that we may go and tell the king’s household.


You shall not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD.


But the stranger that dwells with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.


Then said the LORD, Do you do well to be angry?


And God said to Jonah, Do you do well to be angry about the plant? And he said, I do well to be angry, even unto death.


And the second is like unto it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

Bear you one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.


Nevertheless you have done well, that you did share in my affliction.


But concerning brotherly love you need not that I write unto you: for you yourselves are taught of God to love one another.


But whoever looks into the perfect law of liberty, and continues in it, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.


So speak, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.


You believe that there is one God; you do well: the demons also believe, and tremble.


Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaks evil of his brother, and judges his brother, speaks evil of the law, and judges the law: but if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law, but a judge.


But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own; that you should show forth the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:
