The children also of Benjamin from Geba dwelt at Michmash, and Aija, and Beth-el, and in their villages,


And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and pass over, he shall reach up to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of your land, O Immanuel.


For her wound is incurable; for it has come unto Judah; it has come unto the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.


And Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is beside Bethaven, on the east side of Bethel, and spoke unto them, saying, Go up and view the country. And the men went up and viewed Ai.


So they turned and departed, and put the little ones and the cattle and the goods in front of them.


Saul chose him three thousand men of Israel; of which two thousand were with Saul in Michmash and in mount Bethel, and a thousand were with Jonathan in Gibeah of Benjamin: and the rest of the people he sent every man to his tent.


And the garrison of the Philistines went out to the pass of Michmash.

And Saul tarried in the outskirts of Gibeah under a pomegranate tree which is in Migron: and the people that were with him were about six hundred men;


And they struck down the Philistines that day from Michmash to Aijalon: and the people were very faint.


The front of one was located northward opposite Michmash, and the other southward opposite Geba.


And David left his things in the hand of the keeper of supplies, and ran into the army, and came and greeted his brothers.
