Out of that land went forth Assyria, and built Nineveh, and the city Rehoboth-Ir, and Calah,


The children of Shem; Elam, and Asshur, and Arpachshad, and Lud, and Aram.


In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto your descendants have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:


And the name of the second river is Gihon: the same is it that encompasses the whole land of Cush.


And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to work it and to keep it.


And they dwelt from Havilah unto Shur, that is beside Egypt, as you go toward Assyria: and he died in the presence of all his brethren.


The Babylonians, and all the Chaldeans, Pekod, and Shoa, and Koa, and all the Assyrians with them: all of them desirable young men, captains and rulers, great lords and renowned, all of them riding upon horses.


And in the four and twentieth day of the first month, as I was by the side of the great river, which is Hiddekel;


Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all the places near there, in the plain, in the hills, and in the lowland, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Euphrates.


Every place on which the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the western sea shall your territory be.


Saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, Loose the four angels who are bound in the great river Euphrates.
