Then went king David in, and sat before the LORD, and he said, Who am I, O Lord GOD? and what is my house, that you have brought me thus far?


And now, O LORD my God, you have made your servant king instead of David my father: and I am but a little child: I know not how to go out or come in.


Give therefore your servant an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this your so great a people?


But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly as this? for all things come from you, and of your own have we given you.


And Moses spoke before the LORD, saying, Behold, the children of Israel have not hearkened unto me; how then shall Pharaoh hear me, who am of uncircumcised lips?


Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.


To the one we are the fragrance of death unto death; and to the other the fragrance of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?


Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;


And he said unto him, Oh my Lord, wherewith shall I save Israel? behold, my family is poor in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father's house.


And David said unto Saul, Who am I? and what is my life, or my father's family in Israel, that I should be son-in-law to the king?
