And he built the inner court with three rows of hewn stone, and a row of cedar beams.


The same day did the king hallow the middle of the court that was before the house of the LORD: for there he offered burnt offerings, and grain offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings: because the brass altar that was before the LORD was too little to receive the burnt offerings, and grain offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings.


And he built altars for all the host of heaven in the two courts of the house of the LORD.


Furthermore he made the court of the priests, and the great court, and doors for the court, and overlaid the doors of them with bronze.


Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.


In the courts of the LORD's house, in the midst of you, O Jerusalem. Praise you the LORD.


For a day in your courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.


Those that are planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God.


And the twenty pillars of it and their twenty sockets shall be of bronze; the hooks of the pillars and their bands shall be of silver.

And he raised up the court round about the tabernacle and the altar, and set up the hanging of the court gate. So Moses finished the work.


And you shall set up the court round about, and hang up the hanging at the court gate.


He made also posts of threescore cubits, even unto the post of the court round about the gate.


Then he brought me into the outer court, and, lo, there were chambers, and a pavement made for the court round about: thirty chambers were upon the pavement.


And the gate of the outer court that faced the north, he measured its length, and its width.


And the gate of the inner court was opposite the gate facing north, and toward the east; and he measured from gate to gate a hundred cubits.


And he brought me to the inner court by the south gate: and he measured the south gate according to these same measurements;


And he brought me into the inner court toward the east: and he measured the gate according to these same measurements.


And outside the inner gate were the chambers for the singers in the inner court, one at the side of the north gate; facing toward the south: one at the side of the east gate facing toward the north.


Opposite the twenty cubits which were for the inner court, and facing the pavement which was for the outer court, was gallery against gallery in three stories.


And the hangings of the court, and the curtain for the door of the court, which is by the tabernacle, and by the altar round about, and the cords of it for all the service thereof.


And the hangings of the court, and the hanging for the door of the gate of the court, which is by the tabernacle and by the altar, and their cords, and all the instruments of their service, and all that is made for them: so shall they serve.


And the pillars round about the court, and their sockets, and their pegs, and their cords, with all their furnishings, and with all their service: and by name you shall reckon the objects of the charge of their burdens.
