How your garments are warm, when he quiets the earth by the south wind?


Out of the south comes the whirlwind: and cold out of the north.


For he commands, and raises the stormy wind, who lifts up the waves thereof.


He makes the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still.


All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is not full; unto the place from where the rivers come, there they return again.


As you know not what is the way of the wind, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so you know not the works of God who makes all.


But the LORD sent out a great wind on the sea, and there was a mighty tempest on the sea, so that the ship was about to be broken.


Therefore whosoever hears these sayings of mine, and does them, I will liken him unto a wise man, who built his house upon a rock:


And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.


The wind blows where it wills, and you hear the sound thereof, but can not tell from where it came, and where it goes: so is everyone that is born of the Spirit.
