That says of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to Jerusalem, You shall be built; and to the temple, Your foundation shall be laid.


Then said he, Know you why I come unto you? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I have gone forth, lo, the prince of Greece shall come.


This image's head was of fine gold, its breast and its arms of silver, its belly and its thighs of bronze,


And wherever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven has he given into your hand, and has made you ruler over them all. You are this head of gold.


And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: since iron breaks in pieces and subdues all things: and as iron that breaks all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.


Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.


The ram which you saw having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia.


And the male goat is the king of Greece: and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king.


And before the third chariot white horses; and before the fourth chariot dappled horses - strong steeds.


The black horses which are there go forth into the north country; and the white go forth after them; and the dappled go forth toward the south country.
