And all Israel heard of the judgment which the king had judged; and they feared the king: for they saw that the wisdom of God was in him, to do justice.


[A song of ascents. Of David.] Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!


And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance forever.


Comfort you, comfort you my people, says your God.


He shall see the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.


But let him that glories glory in this, that he understands and knows me, that I am the LORD who exercises lovingkindness, justice, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, says the LORD.


At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank you, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hid these things from the wise and prudent, and have revealed them unto babes.


All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knows the Son, but the Father; neither knows any man the Father, except the Son, and he to whomever the Son will reveal him.


He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.


Since many have taken in hand to set forth in order a declaration of those things which are most surely believed among us,


But if I do, though you believe not me, believe the works: that you may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.


All things that the Father has are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall show it unto you.


And this is life eternal, that they might know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.


But Jesus answered them, My Father works still, and I work.


That all men should honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He that honors not the Son honors not the Father who has sent him.


And we believe and are sure that you are that Christ, the Son of the living God.


And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that any of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.


Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit.


Now to him who is able to establish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,


Or despise you the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?


For you may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.


Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.


There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for you are all one in Christ Jesus.


In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;


That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;


How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote before in few words,


Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that you might know our affairs, and that he might comfort your hearts.


If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affections and mercies,


Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but rubbish, that I may win Christ,


Even the mystery which has been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:


To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:


For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that you might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;


And not holding the Head, from whom all the body by joints and ligaments having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increases with the increase of God.


And above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.


Praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:


Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your state, and comfort your hearts;


For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit, and in much assurance; as you know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.


And sent Timothy, our brother, and minister of God, and our fellow worker in the gospel of Christ, to establish you, and to encourage you concerning your faith:


Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are idle, encourage the faint-hearted, support the weak, be patient toward all men.


And without doubt great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.


Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.


And we desire that every one of you do show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end:


Therefore rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if you do these things, you shall never fall:


According as his divine power has given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who has called us to glory and virtue:


But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen.


And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.


For there are three that bear witness in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit: and these three are one.
