And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.


Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons: freely you have received, freely give.


Then he said to the man, Stretch forth your hand. And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like the other.


While he spoke these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshiped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay your hand upon her, and she shall live.


They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.


And besought him greatly, saying, My little daughter lies at the point of death: I pray you, come and lay your hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live.


And he could there do no mighty work, except that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them.


And they brought unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech; and they besought him to put his hand upon him.


And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.


Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with various diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.


In the same place were lands of the chief man of the island, whose name was Publius; who received us, and lodged us three days courteously.


So when this was done, others also, who had diseases in the island, came, and were healed:


But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.


And God has set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helpers, administrators, various kinds of tongues.


To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
