And you, Capernaum, which is exalted unto heaven, shall be brought down to hades: for if the mighty works, which have been done in you, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.


Therefore he says also in another psalm, You shall not allow your Holy One to see corruption.


Because you will not leave my soul in hades, neither will you allow your Holy One to see corruption.


And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:


And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In you shall all nations be blessed.
